Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact West Side Supply and Rental, Inc. at 816-443-3004 within 30 days of shipment to request a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packaging.
All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you experience a warranty issue, contact West Side Supply and Rental, Inc. first at 816-443-3004 — we will work directly with the manufacturer on your behalf to resolve the issue.
