Return and Refund Policy

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact West Side Supply and Rental, Inc. within 30 days of shipment to request a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packaging.
