Step 2 — We Confirm Your Delivery Details: After receiving your order, a representative from West Side Supply and Rental, Inc. will contact you to confirm your delivery address and requirements. Step 3 — We Contact You: We will confirm your freight details and notify you of any additional charges that may apply such as residential delivery, liftgate service, or scheduled delivery appointments. Step 4 — You Approve and Pay: Once you approve all details, we process your payment. You will not be charged anything you have not agreed to. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact West Side Supply and Rental, Inc. at 816-443-3004 within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Customer is responsible for all return freight shipping costs. Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packaging. Damaged or used equipment may not be eligible for return.

All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
