Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact West Side Supply and Rental, Inc. at 816-443-3004 within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Customer is responsible for all return freight shipping costs. Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packaging. Damaged or used equipment may not be eligible for return.
